At JHSOK, our clients and their outcomes are at the heart of everything we do. We work alongside the people we support to provide individualized services responding to their goals, needs and strengths and we’re always looking for ways to improve the support we provide.
During the accreditation process, CARF surveyors highlighted our commitment to person-centred services as well as the positive relationships between our clients and staff. Clients also shared their satisfaction with the supports they receive.
This achievement is a reflection of our entire team and the care, compassion and dedication they bring to their work every day. We’re proud to continue building a culture where clients are at the centre, their voices matter, and their goals and outcomes guide the work we do.
