Group Format: Trauma-informed therapy for men to teach nervoussystem regulation, learn non-violent communication skills, andincrease relationship literacy. Two compassionate therapists (whohappen to be married) facilitate a safe and supportive space whereparticipants work together to take responsibility for their attitudesand the need for change.
Practical, Life Changing Learning: Each week, the group tackles important topics—like managing anger, understanding the roots of behavior, and learning healthy communication skills—using workbooks and open discussions.
